Well, I deliberately started drinking water every now and then; I do agree initially it’s something which you have to force on to yourself as you don’t feel that thirsty that you need 14 glasses in a day. In the morning I take 4 warm glasses of water and remaining all through the day. Though it gets very frustrating sometimes, it is not that hard when you see miraculous results, and not to forget that glow on your face and your stomach flab goes away with time.
