Fruits: Fruits are delicious, yummy and healthy too. You can have variety of fruits such as bananas, strawberries, orange, grapes etc. in breakfast. Blend fruits with low-fat yoghurt.
Sprouts: Sprouts are rich in nutrients and tasty also. Better if you have it without boiling. However, for additional taste, you can add chopped tomatoes and onions in it.
Cereals: Cereals are rich in various nutrients like calcium, protein, carbohydrates and fiber. Recently, a research study has considered a bowl of cereal as the best breakfast. The study says cereals are very less preferred by people despite its benefits.
Remember tea, coffee and other similar beverages are not substitutes of a healthy breakfast. A solid meal in morning is mandatory to keep you energetic throughout the day.
