Since the Chandigarh citizens are in the high risk of bird flu, Mr. J. P. Nadda, the health minister, has sent a three-member team to visit and assist the Chandigarh administration technically. The team was dispatched immediately after getting the news of the death of the wild birds.
three-member team inspected the affected areas and started a plan as a measure to prevent the human cases of Avian influenza. According to their plan, they are conducting house-to-house surveillance to rule out the number of the people who are exposed to the infected birds.
According to their investigation, no human case of bird flu is reported till now and the situation is still under monitoring.
