According to scientists, the patients of heart disease and people who are suffering from other problems like diabetes and obesity should always avoid rush hour traffic. They say that the air pollutions of rush hour traffic can increase the severity of such medical conditions.

According to a latest study, it is warned that rush air pollution can impact on the mortality and morbidity rate among the cardiac patients. Air pollution not only makes the already existing condition severe, but also causes the development of some critical problems like high blood pressure and disturbance in insulin sensitivity.

The experts of American society of cardiology mentioned that the patients of obesity and diabetes mellitus are more prone to develop the cardiac diseases if they frequently exposed to rush hour traffic.So the people who are under the medical conditions like heart problems, diabetes and obesity should always prefer to stay indoors to avoid the complications of air pollution.
