The scientists of San Diego has discovered that Resveratrol, a compound found in red wine can improve cellular health which is a good news of the red wine drinker.

Dark grape is the rich source of Resveratrol. In the previous studies, it is found that Resveratrol works in many ways for your health. According to a recent study, the scientists said that red wine can reduce the stress level. They found that resveratrol contain in the red wine, repair the DNA and activate the cells as a trigger-response of stress.

The lead of the research, Mathew Sajish said that a moderate amount of red wine consumption can help you prevent many cardiovascular diseases also. On the other hand, he also said that drinking red wine every day is not a good idea, because it can spoil all the benefits.
